Media Library
A signed-in library for large audio, video, and other files. Uploads go directly to private S3 using multipart requests; metadata and quota reservations stay in PostgreSQL. Downloads use short-lived signed URLs.

The app gate is the outer access policy. Individual routes can require additional authorization. Capability declarations are preflight requirements, not a complete dependency inventory.
