A static collection of chapter drafts and alternative structures. The app itself is the primary set of notes; there is no separate backend or data-store integration to configure.

The app gate is the outer access policy. Individual routes can require additional authorization. Capability declarations are preflight requirements, not a complete dependency inventory.
